- Use the right resolution ~300dpi or use vectors.
- Convert fonts to outlines
- Do not use anti-aliasing
Step 3. Send us the specification of your job, especially if it's complicated.

You can email smaller files, send a CD or flash drive or use a file transfer service like wetransfer, dropbox, yousendit, transferbigfiles.
Prices do not include any work that may be required: so if your artwork needs scanning/retouching/redrawing/vectorising/separating to simulated process or index there may be an artwork charge. Normal separation to CMYK is free.
Raster image files should be a minimum of 300dpi at finished print size.
CONVERT ALL FONTS TO OUTLINES/CURVES.
Specify the finished print size, lpi, if the print should be negative or mirrored etc. If you are not sure about which lpi you should use or whether you need one, you should talk to us.
If you need trapping between colours, please ask.
If you have a black and white file, please avoid anti-aliasing, it may result in your lines being halftoned at the edge.
Standard postage is Royal Mail 1st Class, it has a claimed 92% on-time delivery. Any time critical items should be requested on a Special Delivery (Pre-1 or Pre-9am).
